I’m quick to remind people that if I can do it so can you. Not long ago, I was overweight (250 lbs) and a fried chicken, dessert eating mommy on the move. I had every excuse for my poor diet and lack of exercise. I get it. It’s easier to do for everyone else. I’ll be the person to remind you to take care of YOU! You matter and your self-preservation is most important.
